Medical is one the most sought after and coveted education stream in India. MBBS has a great social value and every year over 2 million students attempt the entrance exam called NEET UG for securing admission on a MBBS seat.
NEET UG is the central examination conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) for defining the
eligibility of a student for admission on clinical courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS.

All medical admissions in India will happen through online common counselling. The seat allotment in a counselling will depend on eligible applicant's NEET UG All India Rank. A student however, will get to know his/her NEET UG All India Rank only through NEET UG result score card.
Students seek their MBBS admission possibility by checking the historical data on college cut offs for MBBS admission. Unfortunately, there is no NEET UG admission predictor which is developed on marks based prediction. Students search for medical college cut offs and since all the available data on internet and Google is mentioned in All India Rank, the student seeks corresponding All India Rank to his/her expected NEET UG marks.

National Testing Agency (NTA) and other counselling authorities do not publish marks versus rank range in the NEET UG result. It is very difficult and cumbersome to collect comprehensive data of student's marks and ranks.
